Torsten's experience in the area was very helpful in pricing our house. We got the asking price!! He kept us informed every step of the way. My husband is such a pessimist and kept thinking the deal would fall thru. Torsten kept him informed and assured him that everything was going as planned. Closing was a short 15 minute affair. We are very happy with his service. He also helped us with things we should fix and things that did not matter. Big help since my husband is a perfectionist and thought everything had to be perfect.
